Our digital offerings are delivered instantly upon purchase. Access details will be sent to your email address. You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for personal or internal business purposes.

Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method.

7. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Our refund policy varies by category as follows.

7.1 Legal Services for Entrepreneurs

If you are not satisfied with a scheduled service session, you may request a refund or a reallocation of the session slot at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Refund requests made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible. In cases where preparatory work has commenced upon your instruction, a partial reimbursement may apply to cover time and resources expended.

7.2 Information Products

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the digital content. To request a reimbursement, please contact customer support. After 14 days or 20% access, all sales are final due to the nature of digital delivery.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be eligible for reimbursement if returned unused and in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please follow our merchandise return procedure to obtain a preapproval code before sending items back.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For service appointments, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Approved rescheduling allows you to select an alternate slot within 60 days. Failure to request changes within this window will result in forfeit of the session fee.

9. Non-Refundable Services

Certain specialized services, such as expedited document filing or court representation, require immediate commitment of firm resources. These engagements are non-refundable once confirmed. We will provide clear notice during booking if a service falls under this category.

For refund, cancellation, or general inquiries, please use our contact form. Provide your order details, description of the issue, and desired resolution. Our team will respond within five business days.

11. Changes to These Terms
